Mommy & Me Yoga invites children into the yoga "studio". Often moms have to chose between their wellness practice and parenting duties. In celebration of Mother's Day, Black Girls With Green Thumbs is creating a space for you to merge the two (because why should they always be separate?!)
Open to all ages - give your toddler or pre-teen some one-on-one time and create meaningful memories as you connect to one another with movement.

The yoga class is on the second floor of the CEC, in the dance studio. Unfortunately, there is only stair access.
Mommy & Me Yoga is a donation-based, community yoga class.
What does that mean?
Pay what you can! If you can pay the "suggested donation" of $23 for the class, wonderful! If you cannot afford $23, we understand - all yogis are welcome no matter their financial status. If you can pay more than $23 for the class you will be significantly helping Black Girls With Green Thumbs to continue to serve our local communities.
